A seriously impressive white, the 2012 Crozes Hermitage les Terres Blanches offers classic minerality to go with hints of cream, white flowers and stone fruits. A blend of 70% Marsanne and 30% Roussanne that was aged most in barrel (30% in tank), this medium-bodied, textured and finesse-styled effort has juicy acidity and a perfect mix of richness and freshness. Drink it over the coming 4-5 years.
This was a rock solid lineup from this tiny, family owned estate.
