It was fermented with native yeasts, went through malolactic fermentation, and was aged in barrel for 10 months. It proffers an enticing nose of buttered popcorn, spiced apple, jasmine, and hazel nuts. Round, rich, and creamy textured with a sense of elegance, this flavorful Chardonnay will provide enjoyment over the next 5-6 years.
