The Non-vintage Anthos is a quirky, ethereal wine that floats on the palate with sweet scents of dried cherries, medicinal herbs, anise and spices. This beautifully balanced red is simply delicious and impossible to resist. Anthos is one of the few Brachettos vinified as a dry red wine as opposed to the more prevalent sparkling style. Under the Vino da Tavola designation Correggia can’t formally indicate the vintage, but the lot number, in this case L2008, specifies the vintage. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2013.
