The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc is blended of 99% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Malvasia Bianca, fermented 10% in oak and aged for five months in used oak barrels. It offers up loads of lime leaves, gooseberries and green apples sparks with a core of lemon juice, grapefruit and white peaches. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers tons of zing with a crisp backbone and loads of citrusy layers, finishing long and zesty. 21,500 cases produced.
