The 2009 Minimum is made up of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Franc aged for 12 months in new French oak. Scents of clove, cinnamon, vanilla, underbrush, cassis, and black currant compose the bouquet of this structure, spicy, nicely proportioned offering.
