The 2011 Jaspi Blanc, a blend of 70% Garnacha Blanca and 30% Macabeu from 40- to 70-year-old vines from Gandesa, sees no oak and three months lees aging. It has an attractive nose of jasmine and resin aromas that are clean and well-defined. The palate is well-balanced, with caressing, slightly creamy peach and apricot notes that lead to a soft, pine-tinged finish that possesses good length and delineation. This is a very fine white Terra Alta. Drink now-2016.
