The wine delivers bright, high-energy fruit with the snappy freshness you need next to a wood-oven Margherita pizza. The simplicity and the freshness of the wine keeps your palate clean after every delicious bite. Some 6,000 bottles were made.

The Cantina del Pino 2017 Dolcetto d'Alba (with 6,800 bottles made) is a faithful and straightforward expression of the grape, with direct freshness and dark fruit flavors. The bouquet opens to raspberry, cherry cola and subtle tones of bitter almond. This is a versatile red to pair with any easy pasta and tomato sauce combination.
