This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced mostly from Pepper Bridge and Spofford Station. It has steely aromatics, showing rock and tight, tart red currant flavors. Borderline funky with somewhat quirky, but interesting scents of tea, cola, licorice, plums, vanilla and spice.
