The 2017 Chardonnay Estate is from vines planted in 1976 and 1989. It has a lovely, toasty nose with pie crust and baking spice, warm peaches, quince paste, lemon curd and citrus blossom with notes of tangerine peel, toasted hazelnut and spring honey. Medium to full-bodied, it's silky textured and has intense layers of warm fruits and savory, spicy notions, with juicy acidity to counter and a long, layered finish. Gorgeous! 745 cases produced.
