The 2007 Vintage Port is a 50-50 blend of Turiga Nacional and Shiraz. The 2006 Vintage Port “Fly by Nighters” is composed of 50% Barossa Shiraz and 50% Tinta Amarella (a true Port variety). It offers Port-like aromas, forward flavors, and good length. A vintage port look-alike, the 2003 Fly By Night, made from a Portuguese varietal, is very pungent, with abundant fruit, but noticeable volatile acidity. It is too disjointed at present to taste.
