To call this Cabernet massive is an understatement. This is packed with blackberry and black currant flavors, complexed with dark licorice and dark chocolate notes, with a swirl of cinnamon spice on the finish. A single-vineyard wine whose grapes evidently were allowed to get very ripe. Caberent doesn’t get much richer than this, with massive waves of blackberries, black cherries, currants, dark chocolate and minty oak. Earns extra points for the elegance of its tannin structure.
