Despite the pale color, this is a powerful wine. It comes from this famous vineyard that pioneered the Santa Rita Hills. Erupts in the mouth with cherry, currant, licorice, cola and vanilla flavors that finish dry and spicy. The tannic edge suggests ageability, which Pinots from this vineyard are easily capable of.
