After a string of innocuous, hollow wines, it is good to see St. Clement release meritorious efforts. The 1991 Sauvignon Blanc provides well-integrated acidity, a melony, fruity nose backed up by subtle, toasty oak, and medium-bodied, crisp, richly fruity flavors that will continue to provide enjoyment for another year.
