The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Holler has a juicy and lush nose that opens with delightful, lifting oak tones and primary fruit aromas with a glossy frame. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is balanced on the palate, with fine-grained tannins and a spicy and lingering finish with persistent flavors of crème de cassis and sweet oak tones of vanilla and cardamom.

Revealing aromas of ripe red-black fruits, sweet spices and pencil shavings, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Holler is medium-bodied and somewhat firm and compressed this year, with drying tannins and a rather fleeting finish. It's not a bad wine, nor is it expensive, but it definitely reflects the challenges of the vintage.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Holler (83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 6% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc) is a big, ripe Bordeaux blend that gives up lots of black fruits, asphalt, graphite and charred herbs in a medium to full-bodied, nicely textured, overall balanced package. It’s already enjoyable and should keep for 5-7 years.
