Violet-pink in color, this blush has the benefit of extreme dryness, and also shows the high acidity and balance of the appellation. It’s not terribly complex or anything, but satisfies for upfront, primary fruit raspberry and cherry flavors.——S.H.(7/1/2007)—— 85

This is one of the few roses from this appellation that I’m aware of. It’s a little full-bodied for a blush, but pretty good. Dry and rich, it has deep, long flavors of raspberries and vanilla, with very high acidity that desperately needs food.——S.H.(11/1/2006)—— 85
