The 2005 Merlot Mrachek Vineyard unfolds on the palate revealing cedar, spice, and red fruits. Well-balanced, it will evolve for 1-2 years and drink well through 2017.Michael and Laura Laurent Mrachek began as fruit growers. They saw wine grapes as a way to diversify, all of which led to a winery on the Wahluke Slope near the Columbia River.
