The 2000 Cotes du Rhone Cuvee Prestige Vieilles Vignes is a lusty, fat, hedonistic offering bursting at the seams with black fruits, abundant glycerin, and a layered, concentrated style that shames many of the commercial Chateauneuf du Papes made with no respect for the appellation or their terroirs.
