Another good value is the 2014 C?tes du Rh?ne Roulepierre Blanc. Made from 100% Clairette that was raised all in stainless steel, it’s crisp and lean, with notes of green apple, citrus and light minerality. Medium-bodied, fresh and lively, it’s a solid white, but will need drunk over the coming year.

A rock-solid white that’s made from 100% Clairette, the 2013 C?tes du Rh?ne Roulepierre Blanc exhibits notes of white peach, lemon rind and flower blossom. This is followed by a medium-bodied, juicy, clean and crisp white that has integrated acidity and a good finish. Drink it over the coming year or so.
