DeMartino’s organic wine is dark and loaded with blackberry and other dark fruits, but with these flavors come some really hard tannins. Thus, the mouthfeel is like nails. That said, the hope and belief here is that it will soften over the next six months and will be ready to drink by late spring 2006. If not, then I’ve overrated it.
