The white 2013 Ctònia is produced with Garnacha Blanca grapes matured in contact with the lees. It has a bright yellow color and nose of esparto grass and dry hay, quite Mediterranean, with a mixture of yellow and white fruit. The palate is medium-bodied showing good balance and freshness. It is fresher, lighter and has less oak than in the past. 2,800 bottles produced.

The 2012 Ctonia is pure Garnacha Blanca aged in barrel for three months in contact with the lees. It has a subtle, slightly muted nose that transmits a good sense of harmony, with shy aromas of ripe apples, Mediterranean herbs, thyme, fennel and rosemary, with a full, round palate with some tannins and a grassy-tinged finish.
