The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is delicious. Varietally typical, leafy and abundant with cassis and blackberry, this is a gorgeous wine. It's not a "modern" Cabernet, but really classical. Lovely.

The medium-bodied 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon features opening aromas of mint or eucalyptus, cassis and maybe even a trace of pickle brine. Crisp, tangy, open-knit and easy, it's a solid representative of the region, loaded with flavor, even if it lacks a bit of refinement. It should drink well through 2025.

Deep garnet/purple, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon opens to a very minty, eucalyptus-laced nose over cassis, crushed blueberries and cedar. Full-bodied, concentrated and ripe, the palate is exuberant and finishes long.

Medium to deep garnet in color and showing a nose of crushed blackcurrants, red currants and red plums alongside a distinctive herbal streak and a loamy undercurrent, the medium-bodied 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is quite tart in the mouth and has a medium level of chewy, slightly astringent tannins with just enough fruit to flesh the structure. It finishes a little abruptly. Drink it now to 2018. Majella does not currently have a USA importer.

Deep purple-black in color, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is purely fruited with aromas of ripe black currant, crushed blackberries and cedar plus hints of toast, black olives and cloves. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of ripe black currant and savory flavors, medium-firm fine grained tannins, lively acid and a long finish that is very nicely balanced. Approachable now, it should drink to 2022+. Majella does not currently have a USA importer.
