The 2017 Nierstein Rehbach Riesling Sp?tlese is intensely aromatic and spicy on the nose that shows super ripe to overripe fruit. Sweet and piquant yet not really deep or long, this is a pleasant Sp?tlese that is easy to quaff and enjoy. It is nicely salty and grippy on the finish. Bottled with 10% alcohol and 43 grams of residual sugar. Tasted in May 2020.
