Here’s an interesting Cape Blend with 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Pinotage and 14% Petit Verdot that’s different yet straightforward and approachable. Kirsch, black plum guts, rubber and vanilla start off on the nose, while the finish provides interesting hints of smoked cured meat and tobacco.
