The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon RHF is composed of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple colored, it comes barreling out of the glass with bold notions of black cherries, mulberries and crème de cassis, plus hints of menthol, pencil lead and iron ore. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is delicately crafted with fine, ripe, soft tannins and tons of freshness, finishing long and nuanced.

A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon RHF has a deep garnet-purple color and expressive notes of baked red and black currants, black raspberries and Black Forest cake with hints of pencil shavings, cinnamon stick, red roses and underbrush. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers loads of tightly wound black and red fruit layers with compelling mineral sparks and a fine-grained texture, finishing with a fantastic burst of freshness.

Blended with 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon RHF is deep garnet-purple in color with notes of baked berries, plum preserves, espresso, olives and cedar chest with a crème de cassis core. Full, firm and grainy, the palate offers bright freshness, finishing long and layered.

Containing a 2% splash of Petit Verdot, the very deep garnet-purple colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon RHF opens with fragrant cassis, mocha, underbrush and preserved plums scents with touches of iron ore and dried herbs. The palate is medium to full-bodied, firm and savory in the mouth with a good concentration of muscular fruit and a savory finish.
