This is such a pretty Dolcetto, with vivid intensity and so much rich, natural fruit pulp. The Enzo Boglietti 2018 Dolcetto d'Alba Tiglineri represents a blend of grapes sourced from various vineyard sites. The wine is fermented in steel and aged in a combination of oak and cement. It opens to a darkly saturated color and shows bright aromas of wild cherry, black currant and cherry liqueur. These aromas are delivered with vertical intensity and lift. If you're looking for a perfect pizza wine, you've just found it. Too bad only 6,366 bottles were made.
