Steve Edmunds has fashioned three interesting cuvees, including a Beaujolais look-alike, the 2002 Bone-Jolly (made from Gamay). This is a fruity, light ruby-colored effort revealing loads of strawberry, bubble gum, and cherry notes, light to medium body, no tannin, and a soft, silky finish. Drink it over the next 6 months, and don’t hesitate to serve it chilled. Tel. (510) 981-1510; Fax (510) 981-1610
