Gaillard nailed it this year, as his 2017 Condrieu boasts classic floral and apricot aromas. It's medium to full-bodied, with a plump, silky mouthfeel and terrific spice accents of anise and white pepper on the long, harmonious finish. With its lively blend of savory and fruity notes, ample concentration and great length, it should drink well for 3-4 years.
