Very floral, with spring flowers, sappy underbrush, mineral, raspberry and black cherry aromas and flavors, the 2012 Cairanne (70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Carignan) has a pure, medium-bodied texture to go with a soft, upfront and delicious character.
