The 2008 Santi Victoris et Santi Jacobi Brut Nature is a rarely seen (except in Basque country) sparkling wine made from the principal Txakoli grape, Hondarribi Zuri. Its nose reveals aromas of slate/mineral, spring flowers, citrus, and melon. On the palate it has excellent volume, lively acidity, a nervy palate-feel, and excellent balance.
