The 2013 Llavors is mostly French grapes, Merlot (38%), Cabernet Sauvignon (37%), Syrah (13%) and Cabernet Franc (9%) with a mere 3% Cari?ena, which matured for 5-6 months in a mixture of oak barrels from different countries. This could be a Merlot-driven wine from many different places, mixing the creamy oak with the herbal aromas of the grape and some dry, slightly harsh tannins that detract from its enjoyment. 60,000 bottles produced.
