The 1987 Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Reserve (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) is medium brick in color with a beautiful nose of chocolate-covered cherries, dried red currants and cassis with touches of potpourri, Chinese five spice and vanilla pod. Medium to full-bodied, it fills the palate with ripe black and red currants flavors, supported by a rock-solid frame of grainy tannins and great freshness, finishing long and layered.

Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 1986 Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Reserve is medium brick in color with a wonderfully provocative nose of rose-laced raspberry preserves, kirsch and baked black cherries plus wafts of dried lavender, cinnamon stick and wild thyme. The palate is medium-bodied with a solid core of pure, vibrant red and black cherry preserves flavors, structured by firm, grainy tannins and great freshness, finishing with great length and depth.

One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon, the 1985 Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Reserve is medium brick in color and sings of kirsch, blackberry pie and blueberry compote with suggestions of violets, licorice, dark chocolate and pencil shavings. The palate is medium-bodied with a taut frame of grainy tannins and racy acid supporting the intense yet elegant fruit, finishing very long and very minerally.
