The 2019 Amadeus Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a lovely expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is medium-bodied, supple, leafy and mineral, with notes of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, black tea and red apples. It is really silky in the mouth! Nicely done. 14% alcohol, sealed under Stelvin.

Lean, chewy, modest in flavor, but there's enough ripe cherry and earthy spice flavor to make it interesting. Best after 2004. 1,000 cases made, 250 cases imported.??–HS??Region: Australia / Adelaide Hills Select to Add
