The 2014 Fiano Alticelli is an informal expression of this promising Southern Italian grape variety. The wine opens to a light straw-golden color and shows subdued aromas of cut grass, yellow fruit, honey and Golden Delicious apple. The bouquet is fragrant and fresh. In the mouth, however, Alticelli shows moderate creaminess with medium textural richness.
