The 2007 No 6 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet color with pronounced notes of warm cassis, loam, graphite and whiffs of dried Mediterranean herbs and capsicum. Big and full in the mouth, it has crisp acid to provide lift. The tannins are firm and a little astringent. Drinking now, it should keep through 2014. Brothers in Arms’ No 6 label is dedicated to the 6th generation of Adams family growers on this estate’s vineyards, established in 1891.Importer: Vintage Point, Sonoma, CA; www.vintagepoint.com
