The 2007 Yauquen Malbec-Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 7 months in seasoned oak. It is a blend of equal parts Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark ruby-colored, it has a pleasant perfume of cedar, spice box, and assorted black fruits. Slightly tannic on entry, it has enough supple, savory fruit for balance. Drink it over the next 4 years.
