The 2007 Pinot Noir Whole Cluster was produced with 40% whole clusters and aged in 25% new oak. Medium ruby-colored, it exhibits an attractive perfume of smoke, spice box, cherry, and raspberry. This leads to a medium-bodied, elegant, substantial wine with good depth, ripe red fruit flavors, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. It will evolve for 1-2 years and drink well from 2010 to 2017. The Bishop Creek wines are produced from estate fruit.Tel. (503) 957-0351
