The 2007 Pinot Noir Serpentine was sourced from the winery’s 20-year-old estate vineyard, made with 25% whole clusters, and aged in 25% new oak. Medium ruby-colored, it reveals a perfume of spice box, earth notes, and red fruits characteristic of the cool growing season. Medium-bodied, elegant, and layered on the palate, it has plenty of charm with all components in harmony. This stylish effort will offer prime drinking from 2011 to 2019. The Bishop Creek wines are produced from estate fruit.Tel. (503) 957-0351
