The 2006 Cabernet Merlot has a deep garnet color going a little brick in the rim and aromas of warm blackberry and cassis plus a whiff of capsicum. The medium bodied palate has very crisp, slightly disjointed acid cutting through the concentrated warmed fruit flavors with soft to medium tannins. Finishing long, this wine is drinking now and should be consumed within the next year or two. No known USA importer.
