The 2013 Petit Chablis, which comes from a single parcel on top of "Les Clos," has a very capable bouquet: well defined with crisp green apple and citrus aromas. The palate is rounded on the entry with moderate acidity, clean with just a touch of spice on the finish. This is a well-made Petit Chablis for the vintage, even if it should be consumed within the first couple of years of its life.
