Barrel fermented in French oak (17% new and 75% wild ferment), the 2009 Single Vineyard Taylors Pass Chardonnay presents buttery toast and honey-nut aromas over a core of warm apple slices, ripe apricots and pineapple paste. Medium to full bodied, the palate reveal good concentration of stone fruit and cedar flavors with crisp acidity and a long, toasty finish. Drink it now through 2015.
