The 2004 Crianza was aged in 33% new oak for 12 months. This purple-colored, glass-coating wine is more marked by its oak treatment. It exhibits aromas of wood smoke, pencil lead, mineral, black currant, and blackberry. It nicely conceals enough tannin to evolve for several more years. Well-balanced and lengthy, this outstanding wine will provide pleasure through 2020.
