Bottled under screw cap, the 2020 Sauvignon Blanc offers a fresh, crisp and citrus-focused expression of the variety with an undercurrent of pear blossom and white peach. Medium-bodied, the palate is balanced with crisp acidity and ends with a bright, citrus-driven finish. The more than 52,000-bottle production has consumer appeal at this attractive price, and I can see this going down easily by a pool on a warm day.
