From the cooler climate region of Margaret River, the 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon, made from 27-year-old dry farmed vines, aged in primarily French oak, and bottled unfiltered, exhibits a dark ruby/purple color in addition to a French-like bouquet of tobacco, cedar, plums, and red as well as black currants.
