The 1999 Condrieu performed better than it did last year. The wine possesses excellent ripeness in addition to a floral, honeysuckle, and apricot-scented nose, full body, and mineral characteristics. It is a brilliant Condrieu. While still youthful, it should be held no longer than 18 months.
