Revealing a complex nose of minerals and flowers, the Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatieres is a feminine, well-defined, elegant, medium-to-full-bodied, and persistent wine. Its intricate and delightful flavor-profile is composed of stone, anise, and floral elements. Projected maturity: 2002-2008. All of Drouhin's whites, with the sole exception of the Montrachet, were bottled between early September and the end of October, 1997.
