Philippe Desmeure has two small parcels of the Hermitage hill, near Jaboulet’s La Chapelle vineyard. With malolactic fermentation in the barrel, and 100% new wood, this wine, named after his daughter, has sweetness, richness, black fruits and firm, dry tannins.
