This grand cru was fermented and aged in a blend of old and new barrels. The Chablis Vaudesir exhibits floral and cardamon spice scents and a masculine, medium-to-full-bodied, lively, highly-concentrated and intense, crisp, and white flower, mineral and flint-filled flavor profile. Anticipated maturity: 2000-2008.
