This is routinely good, and this year, the 2020 Mother's Milk Shiraz is creamy, sweet and plush. It doesn't have the textural hutzpah I was expecting, but some of the other First Drop reds have a profusion of oak, so it's nice to see it somewhat dialed down here. Cushioned, generous and red fruited.
