Very dark in color with intense notes of blackberry and blueberry fruit, cedar, and vanilla, the powerful flavors and rich, velvety texture indicate a sizeable extraction and high-level winemaking to shape it. A dark, well-poised red, with loads of crushed berry and eucalyptus character. Medium- to full-bodied, with toasty oak flavors, well-integrated tannins and a long, minerally finish.
